Home, Condo, Tenant, Farm, or Rented Property Claims
- Policy number (If you don’t find it, don’t worry – we can still assist you)
- Name of insured
- Cause of a loss and what has been damage
- Time and date the loss occurred (or when you first noticed the issue)
- Advise us if a restoration company has been, or will need to be, arranged.

Before you file your claim, please have the following:
ICBC, Motorcycle, RV, Trailer or other Auto Claims
- Plate number & Vehicle Descriptions (refer to your ICBC APV250 Registration Documents)
- Name of Vehicle Owners and Drivers involved
- Cause of a loss or damage
- Date, time, and location of loss/accident
- If there was another vehicle involved, any information you have on their vehicle type, licence plate or driver’s licence
- Police File# if vehicle was stolen or other crime was involved
- Be prepared to give a full statement of what happened
